Erin　taught　mathematics　and　science　for　three　years　at　The　Woodward　School,　a　private　secondary　school　outside　Boston,　Massachusetts.　

She　holds　teaching　certificates　in　math,　physics,　and　EFL.　In　addition　to　teaching　high　school,　she　has　taught　English　as　a　Foreign　Language,　worked　as　a　private　SAT　tutor,　led　university　laboratory　courses,　and　done　work　as　an　editor　and　test　question　writer.
