每一个孩子都有不同的性格和特点，我一直坚持多和孩子交流并在课堂上锻炼他们的表现能力。多创造机会，适当地表扬，帮助内向的孩子找回信心。在我心里，每个孩子都一样的重要，我深深地爱着他们，用心教育他们。
