经济学博士，享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。英国曼彻斯特大学访问学者，美国密歇根州立大学访问学者。对外经济贸易大学党委常委、副校长。全国国际商务专业学位研究生教育指导委员会委员兼秘书长、北京市学位委员会经济学（2组）学科评议组成员、中国世界经济学会副会长、中国国际贸易学会常务理事，兼任国际低碳经济研究所所长，受聘为商务部时评专家。

研究领域：国际贸易学、产业经济学研究。
