具体方法：

　　“写作原则”。此为核心原。一定要从自己的实际出发，看自己能否独立并正确地表达文章中的内容，不能表达出来就值得我们吸收。

　　第二，英汉对比原则。 体会英汉差异，使自己尽量避免汉语的负面影响。

　　第三，两遍原则。遍精读时，按照“写作原则”侧重学习前三个方面。第二遍时，研究后三个方面。如果不能达到要求，则可以更多遍。

　　第四，笔记背诵原则。将值得学习吸收的内容用笔记摘录，并背诵。

　　第五，对译原则。将自己精读过的段落或篇章的汉语译文笔译为英语，尽量使用自己在前几个阶段积累的知识。(汉语译文可以是自己翻译的，也可以参考剑桥系列解析)

　　第六，循环复习原则。

　　例如：
